Private one-on-one coaching sessions are face-to-face or video chat based on your needs and location. Initial sessions are broken into two meetings: 1) the initial consultation reviewing training and lifestyle, and determining your Ayurvedic profile, 2) the review of your Ayurvedic profile and personalized wellness plan.
