Road Trip Yoga

It's summer time! Many of us take road trips this time of year, hitting different beaches or attractions close to us. Whether we are spending time alone, or with friends or family in the car, we want the trip to be as enjoyable as possible. Road trips require the best snacks and music, but we also want to keep our bodies from feeling stiff and antsy. Here are a few stretches to incorporate into your next road trip to aid in circulation and to keep your body moving during those long hours in the car.
